Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of West Spokane Street between Iowa Avenue and Twenty-eight Avenue Southwest; of a public street and highway to be known as West Marginal Place, from an intersection with Iowa Avenue between West Andover Street and West Charlestown Street to West Spokane Street as extended and established herein; and of a public street and highway to be known as Youngstown Place, from the intersection of West Andover Street and Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest, to the intersection of Twenty-second Avenue Southwest as established by Ordinance No. 21767, and West Spokane Street as extended and established herein; of Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest from West Andover Street to West Genesee Street; of Harbor Avenue Southwest from Admiral Way to a point approximately seventy-five (75) feet northerly of West Hinds Street; providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of West Spokane Street as extended and established herein from the West Waterway to Twenty-ninth Avenue Southwest, of West Marginal Place as extended and established herein from Iowa Avenue to West Spokane Street as extended and established herein; of Youngstown Place as extended and established herein from West Andover Street to West Spokane Street as extended and established herein; of from Iowa Avenue to West Spokane Street as extended and established herein; of Youngstown Place as extended and established herein from West Andover Street to West Spokane Street as extended and established herein; of Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest; from West Andover Street to West Genesee Street, as widened herein; of a lower roadway connecting Twenty-third Avenue Southwest and West Charlestown Street; of Iowa Avenue as named herein and of Chelan Avenue as named herein; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above name street, avenue and places and for the changing and establishing of the grades and grading and regrading of the above described street, avenue and places and approaches thereto in conformity with the grades established herein and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills on the property abutting on said street, avenue and places and approaches thereto and providing that the entire cost of such improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law, and providing for the changing of the name of certain portions of West Spokane Street as platted in Seattle Tide Lands.
