Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Alley in Block 40, A. A. Denny's Addition, being the alley between Western Avenue and 1st Avenue and extending from Blanchard Street to Bell Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6080 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
