Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thorndyke Avenue, from West Wheeler Street to West Blaine Street; West Blaine Street, from Thorndyke Avenue to Carleton Way; Carleton Way, from West Blaine Street to West McGraw Street; West McGraw Street, from Carleton Way to West Boston Street; West Boston Street, from West McGraw Street to Viewmont Way; Viewmont Way, from West Boston Street to Forty-first Avenue West; Forty-first Avenue West, from Viewmont Way to the north line of Carleton Park Addition to the City of Seattle; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6048 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
