Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Alley in Block Five (5), Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. 1, being the alley between Thirteenth Avenue North and Fourteenth Avenue North, from East Aloha Street a point approximately three hundred sixty-two (362) feet northerly thereof, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6054 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
