Introduced as Council Bill 359

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Anna Street from Galer Street to Bradley Street, by constructing a sewer along the said portion of said street together with all necessary openings, wyes, manholes, ventilators, flushing tanks and catch basins and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment and assessment upon all the lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and the city charter as amended and now in force.
