Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Street and Twenty Second Avenue from Yesler Avenue to Remington Avenue (or Barclay Street) by grading sidewalking and parking said Street and Avenue between said limits and providing for the payment therefor in installments and establishing a fund for such payment by the levying and collection of special assessments therefor upon the property benefited by the improvements and providing for the issuance of bonds as provided by an act of the Legislatu re of the State of Washington, entitled "An act relating to internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon the property benefited by local improvements, and declaring an emergency," approved March 9, 1893, and unde r the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance No. 3340, approved July 11, 1894, and the City Charter as amended and now in force.
