Title

An ordinance authorizing and directing the Board of Public Works to construct a double track carline with a proper trolley system on Eastlake Avenue from a connection to the existing street railway system at Harvard Avenue North to the trestle approach to the Eastlake Avenue Bridge at the north margin of Fuhrman Avenue, and on East Fortieth Street from a connection to the existing street railway system at a point one hundred three (103) feet east of Eleventh Avenue Northeast to the trestle approach to the Eastlake Avenue Bridge at Tenth Avenue Northeast, and appropriating money therefor.
