Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public alley through block B, Georgetown, an addition to the City of Seattle, from the north line of block 1, Sweeneys' Addition, a replat of a portion of Georgetown, an addition to the City of Seattle, to Warsaw Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging all lands, rights and privileges and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
