Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Fiftieth Street, from Fourth Avenue Northeast to Brooklyn Avenue; Seventh Avenue Northeast and Twelfth Avenue Northeast, each from East Forty-fifth Street to East Fiftieth Street; Eighth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-fifth Street to Playfield between East Forty-eighth Street and East Fiftieth Street; Ninth Avenue Northeast, from East Fortieth Street to East Fiftieth Street; East Forty-eighth Street, from Eighth Avenue Northeast to Ninth Avenue Northeast, and from Twelfth Avenue Northeast to Brooklyn Avenue; and East Forty Second Street and East Forty-third Street, each from Eighth Avenue Northeast to Tenth Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5598, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
