Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Forty-fourth Avenue Southwest, Forty-fifth, Avenue Southwest and Forty-sixth Avenue Southwest, each from Murray Avenue to West Brandon Street; Forty-seventh Avenue Southwest from Murray Avenue to West Findlay Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers and including the construction of a temporary outfall sewer in Murray Avenue, from Forty-fourth Avenue Southwest to Forty-seventh Avenue Southwest; in Forty-seventh Avenue Southwest, from Murray Avenue to West Holly Street; thence along the right of way to be acquired across private property to a connection with the existing temporary outfall sewer in Murray Avenue at Pelly Place; all in accordance with Resolution No. 5915, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
