Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Malden Lane, from the north line of Denny-Blaine Lake Park Addition to a point about ninety (90) feet northerly therefrom, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6023, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
