Title

An ordinance providing for the construction of a trunk sewer and outfall along the following described route to-wit: in Forty-second Avenue South, and Forty-second Avenue South produced, from Henderson Street to Empire Way; Empire Way from Forty-second Avenue South to Orcas Street; and including a storm water overflow sewer in Henderson Street, from deep water in Lake Washington to Forty-second Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5431 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
