Introduced as Council Bill 432

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Seventh Street from a point 120 feet north of the north line of Pike Street, to Olive Street, by constructing a pipe sewer along the center of said street, together with all necessary openings, wyes, manholes, ventilators and flushing tanks, and by connecting the same with the main intercepting sewer now existing at the intersection of Olive and Seventh Streets, and providing for the payment thereof in installments, establishing a fund for such payment authorizing the levying and collection of assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement, and providing for the issuance of bonds, as authorized by an act of the legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act relating to internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon the property benefited by local improvements, and declaring an emergency," approved March 9, 1893, and under the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance NO. 3440, approved July 11, 1894, and the City Charter as amended and now in force.
