Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Albert Street from Thomas (or Third) Street to Depot Street by constructing a sewer along the center line of Said Street, together with all necessary openings, wyes, manholes, ventilators, flushing tanks, lampholes and catch basins, and by connecting said sewer to the public main sewer in Depot Street near its intersection with Albert Street, and providing for the payment therefor in installments, establishing a fund for such payment, authorizing the levying and collection of assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement, and providing for the issuance of bonds, as authorized by an act of the legislature of the State of Washington, entitled "An act relating to internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon the property benefited by local improvements, and declaring an emergency, "approved March 9, 1893, and under the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance No. 3440, approved July 11, 1894, and the City Charter as amended and now in force.
