Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirteenth Avenue South, from Angelo Street to Hardy Street; Fourteenth Avenue South, from Stanley Avenue to Greeley Street; Fifteenth Avenue South, from Hardy Street to the south line of Queen Addition; Stanley Avenue, from Albro Place to Fifteenth Avenue South; Albro Place, from Stanley Avenue to Duwamish Avenue; Angelo Street, from Ellis Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue South; and Hardy Street, from the alley west of Thirteenth Avenue South to the alley east of Fourteenth Avenue South, and from Stanley Avenue to Duwamish Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5909 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
