Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Atlantic Place, extending from Ninth Avenue South to Seattle Boulevard; and of Seattle Boulevard, from Seattle Street to Ninth Avenue South, in the City of Seattle; providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades on said Place and Boulevard; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary or the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above named Place and Boulevard, and for the changing and establishing of the grades, and the grading and regrading of the above named Place and Boulevard, and approaches thereto in conformity with the grades established herein, and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said Place and Boulevard and approaches thereto, and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment from the property specifically benefited in the manner provided by law.
