An Ordinance granting permission to the Puget Mill Co., a corporation, to improve: Twenty-third Avenue Southwest, from West Genesee Street to Puget Boulevard; Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest, from West Genesee Street to West Juneau Street; Twenty-fifth Avenue Southwest, from West Alaska Street to West Juneau Street; Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest (East half), from West Brandon Street to West Juneau Street; West Findlay Street and West Brandon Street, each from Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest to the alley east of Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest; West Hudson Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest to Puget Boulevard; West Edmunds Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest to Twenty-third Avenue Southwest; West Alaska Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest to the alley east of Twenty-third Avenue Southwest; and West Oregon Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest to the alley east of Twenty-third Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, by grading, curbing, the construction of temporary wood walks and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, at its own cost and expense, under certain terms and conditions.
