Title

An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Board of Public Works to improve Holyoke Way from Waters Avenue to Sixty-eighth Avenue South, and Sixth-eight Avenue South from Holyoke Way to Rainier Avenue, by grading, curbing and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and appropriating money therefor, and declaring an emergency.
