Title

An Ordinance providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the laying off, widening, altering and establishing of Eastlake Avenue from Roy Street to Howell Street, in the City of Seattle, and the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, as provided for in Ordinance No. 23374 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district to pay therefor.
