Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Sixtieth Avenue Southwest, from Beach Drive to West Spokane Street; Sixth-first Avenue Southwest, from Beach Drive to West Hanford Street; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5875 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
