Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Baker Avenue, from West Fiftieth Street to West Fifty-second Street; West Fiftieth Street and West Forty-ninth Street, each from First Avenue Northwest to Third Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5840, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
