Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Forty-eighth, Avenue Southwest, from West Graham Street to West Juneau Street; Forty-ninth Avenue Southwest, from the south line of Seaview Park Addition to West Juneau Street; West Graham Street, from Forty-seventh Avenue Southwest to Forty-ninth Avenue Southwest; and West Raymond Street, from Forty-seventh Avenue Southwest to Forty-ninth Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5589, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
