Introduced as Council Bill 280

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Main Street in the City of Seattle from a point 200 feet east of the east line of South 12th Street to a connection with main sewer which crosses center line of Main street at a point 120 feet east of the East line of South 14th Street; by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and providing for the payment therefor by mode of "Immediate Payment," and establishing a fund for such payment of an assessment upon all lots and parcels of land benefited by such improvement under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, as amended by Ordinance No. 3350, approved May 8, 1894, and Ordinance No. 4492, approved May 5, 1897, and the city charter now in force.
