Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Brooklyn Avenue and 14th Avenue Northeast, from East 65th Street to East 66th Street, of a street to be known as Brooklyn Place, from East 66th Street to East 68th Street; of 15th Avenue Northeast, between East 65th Street and East 70th Street; of East 66th Street, East 68th Street, East 69th Street and East 70th Street, each between 12th Avenue Northeast and 15th Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle,, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
