Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Northlake Avenue, from the east line of Woodland Park Avenue to Latona Avenue; Densmore Avenue, Wallingford Avenue, Burke Avenue, Meridian Avenue and Stone Way extended, each from Northlake Avenue to Ewing Street; Northlake Place, from Wallingford Avenue to the west line of Lake Union Addition; and Northlake Place, to be established across the northerly portion of the Northern Pacific Railway Company's right of way and across block 72, Lake Union Addition, and Block "A", Edgewater Addition, from Woodlawn Avenue to Ewing Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5755, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
