Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block one (1), Yesler & McGilvra's Addition to the City of Seattle, being the alley extending from East Olive Street to East Howell Street, and between Blaine Boulevard and Lake Washington, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5657, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
