Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 54th Street and East 55th Street, each from Latona Avenue to Fifth Avenue Northwest; and Fifth Avenue Northeast (westerly side) from East 54th Street to East 55th Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5671, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
