Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of, all in 24th Avenue North, from East Lynn Street to East Montlake Place; and East Montlake Place from 24th Avenue North to a connection with the existing pavement on Montlake Boulevard; all in the City of Seattle, accordance with Resolution No. 5638, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
