Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 29, David S. Maynard's Plat, and Supplemental Plat of Davis S. Maynard's Plat, being the alley extending from Main Street to Washington Street, between 4th Avenue South and 5th Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick blocks; by filling; the construction of concrete retaining walls; the construction and reconstruction of necessary sewers; all in accordance with Resolution No. 5626, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
