Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 39, in the Supplemental to Pontius 2nd Addition being the alley between Bellevue Avenue North and Summit Avenue North, from East Thomas Street to East Harrison Street; all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same; by paving the same with concrete; by the construction of all necessary retaining walls; by making all necessary provisions to care for the surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5623, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
