Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the construction of a trunk sewer or sub sewer along the following route to-wit: beginning at the intersection of 25th Avenue Northeast and East 54th Street; thence north along 25th Avenue Northeast to East 60th Street; thence west along East 60th Street to Ravenna Avenue; thence northwesterly along Ravenna Avenue to a point near the north line of Ravenna Park; thence westerly along the north side of Ravenna Park to 20th Avenue Northeast; thence northerly along 20th Avenue Northeast to East 75th Street; and providing for the construction of branch of lateral sewers in 25th Avenue Northeast, from East 60th Street to East 62nd Street; 24th Avenue Northeast, from East 60th Street to East 63rd Street; 23rd Avenue Northeast, from East 63rd Street to East 65th Street; Ravenna Avenue, from a point near the north line of Ravenna Park to East 63rd Street; 22nd Avenue Northeast and 21st Avenue Northeast, each from East 63rd Street to East 65th Street; 19th Avenue Northeast, from Naomi Place to East 75th Street; East 61st Street, from Ravenna Avenue to 24th Avenue Northeast; East 62nd Street, from Ravenna Avenue to 23rd Avenue Northeast, and from 20th Avenue Northeast to a point about four hundred feet (400) westerly therefrom; East 63rd Street, from 21st Avenue Northeast to 23rd Avenue Northeast; Naomi Place, from East 63rd Street to 20th Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, such trunk sewer, sub sewer and branches to be of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of the territory to be sewered or drained through such trunk sewer, sub sewer and branches, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5174, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
