Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Twenty-second Avenue Southwest, from West Spokane Street to West Andover Street; Twenty-third Avenue Southwest, from West Spokane Street to West Genesee Street; Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest, Twenty-fifth Avenue Southwest, and Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest, each from West Andover street to West Genesee Street; West Genesee Street, Stanton Street, Mary Street and West Dakota Street, each from Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest to Thirtieth Avenue Southwest; Yancy Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest to Avalon Way; West Andover Street from Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest to Twenty-eighth Avenue Southwest; a right of way or easement to be obtained across blocks one (1), four (4), Five (5), Eight (8), Nine (9), White & Manning's Addition to West Seattle, now a part of the City of Seattle, from West Andover Street to West Genesee Street; Chelan Avenue, from the west waterway to West Spokane Street; West Spokane Street, from Chelan Avenue to Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest; Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest, from West Spokane Street to West Andover Street; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5522, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
