Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property and property rights and privileges necessary for a right of way for a pipe line within Section 16, Township 22 North, Range 6 East, W.M., all for the purpose of making certain additions and betterments to and extensions of the existing water supply system now owned and controlled by the City of Seattle, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made therefor.
