Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Michigan Street, from Corson Street to Fifth Avenue South; Fifth Avenue South, Sixth Avenue South and Maynard Avenue, each from River Street to Front Street; and Seventh Avenue South, from River Street to Michigan Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5567, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
