Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Eddy Street, Angel Place, Espey Place, Warsaw Street, each from Thirty-eighth Avenue South to Forty-second Avenue South; Morgan Street from Thirty-eighth Avenue South to a point five hundred feet west therefrom; Thirty-eighth Avenue South form Graham Street to Holly Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5552, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
