Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Fifty-fourth Street, from the end of the existing trunk sewer at Twenty-sixth Avenue Northeast to Thirteenth Avenue Northeast; Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast, from East Fifty-fourth Street to East Sixty-fifth Street; Twenty-eighth Avenue Northeast, Twenty-ninth Avenue Northeast, Thirtieth Avenue Northeast, Thirty-first Avenue Northeast, Thirty-third Avenue Northeast and Thirty-fourth Avenue Northeast, each from East-Fifty-fifth Street to East Sixty-fifth Street; Thirty-second Avenue Northeast, from East Sixtieth Street to East Sixty-fifth Street; and East Fifty-fifth Street, from Twenty-seventh Avenue Northeast to Thirty-fourth Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5275 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
