An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Greenwood Avenue, from North 50th Street to North 52nd Street on the east and from North 52nd Street on the west to North 57th Street; Trinity Place, from North 51st Street to North 54th Street; 1st Avenue Northwest, from West 50th Street to Palatine Avenue; 2nd Avenue Northwest, from West 50th Street to West 54th Street, and from West 55th Street to West 56th Street; Maple Grove Place, from West 50th Street to West 52nd Street; West 50th Street, from 1st Avenue Northwest to 6th Avenue Northwest; North and West 51st Street, from Phinney Avenue to 2nd Avenue Northwest; Terrace Drive, from 1st Avenue Northwest to Scenic Place; North 53rd Street, from Phinney Avenue to Greenwood Avenue, and West 53rd Street, from 3rd Avenue Northwest to 6th Avenue Northwest; North and West 54th Street, from Phinney Avenue to Terrace Drive, and West 54fth Street, from 3rd Avenue Northwest to 6th Avenue Northwest; Woodlawn Circle, from 1st Avenue Northwest to Terrace Drive North and West 55th Street, from Phinney Avenue to 4th Avenue Northwest; Scenic Place, from West 55th Street to 3rd Avenue Northwest; Argyle Place, from Phinney Avenue to Greenwood Avenue; and North 56th Street, from Phinney Avenue to Greenwood Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5412 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
