Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-first Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Spokane Street; Horton Street, from Twentieth Avenue South to Twenty-first Avenue South; Hinds Street, from Twentieth Avenue South to Twenty-third Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5320 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
