Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of The Alley in Block Nine (9), Bell & Denny's Addition, being the alley extending from Vine Street to Cedar Street, between Western Avenue and First Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5417 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
