Introduced as Council Bill 26033

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue North, from Harrison Street to Roy Street; Republican Street and Mercer Street, each from First Avenue North to Queen Anne Avenue; all in the City of Seattle; by paving the same with asphalt, together with brick gutters laid upon a proper concrete foundation; constructing armored concrete curbs and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; the construction, alteration or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 5335 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
