Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, opening and establishing of Fourteenth Avenue South from Greeley Street to East Marginal Way, as established by Ordinance No. 32881, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment on the property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
