Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway to be known as Carleton Way, from the intersection of Twenty-eighth Avenue West and West Blaine Street, northwesterly to West McGraw Street, produced east; of West McGraw Street from Thirty-second Avenue West east to a connection with Carleton Way as established herein, and for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of West Blaine Street, from a point forty (40) feet east of Twenty-eighth Avenue West to Twenty-ninth Avenue West; providing for the changing and establishing of the grades of said Carleton Way and West McGraw Street, as extended and established herein, and of West Blaine Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue West to 29th Avenue West; and of 29th Avenue West, from the southwesterly margin of said Carleton Way to West Blaine Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above named street and way, and for the grading and regrading of said streets, avenues and way in conformity with such established grades, and necessary for the construction of the slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said streets, avenues and way; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
