Introduced as Council Bill 26034

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Emmons Place, and 13th Avenue North, each from East Newton Street to East Boston Street; East Newton Street, from 11th Avenue North to the east margin of 13th Avenue North; and Neva Place, from Emmons Place to 13th Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, together with concrete gutters; provided however, that Emmons Place and 13th Avenue North, each from East Newton Street to East Boston Street be paved with concrete; constructing armored concrete curbs and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and water mains with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; the construction, alteration or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necssary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5327, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
