Introduced as Council Bill 25730

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 2nd Avenue Northeast, from East 45th Street to Eat 50th Street, and East 47th Street, and East 50th Street, each from 2nd Avenue Northeast to Thackeray Place, all in the City of Seattle,, by paving the same with asphalt, together with brick gutters, constructing armored concrete curbs, and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, and water mains, with such appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, the construction, alteration or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5255, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
