An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 34th Avenue West, from Grand Boulevard to West Crockett Street; 35th Avenue West, from West Ray Street to West McGraw Street; 33rd Avenue West from West McGraw Street to West Crockett Street; 32nd Avenue West, from West McGraw Street to 33rd Avenue West; Rucker Place, from 32nd Avenue West to 33rd Avenue West; West McGraw Street, from 32nd Avenue West to Westmont Way; Eastmont Avenue, from the north line of Carleton Park Addition to West McGraw Street; Eastmont Way, from Edgemont Place to Westmont Way; West Smith Street, from 34th Avenue West to 35th Avenue West; Piedmont Place, from West Ray Street to West McGraw Street; Viewmont Way, from 39th Avenue West to 36th Avenue West; 36th Avenue West, from Eastmont Avenue to the north line of Carleton Park Addition; City View Drive, from West McGraw Street to Eastmont Avenue; Eyrie Place, from Westmont Way to West McGraw Street; Westmont Way, from Eastmont Way to 41st Avenue West; Mount Constance Drive, from Viewmont Way to 36th Avenue West; and from Viewmont Way to the north line of Carleton Park Addition; 37th Avenue West from West McGraw Street to the north line of Carleton Park Addition; 38th Avenue West, from Westmont Way to the north line of Carleton Park Addition; Crestmont Place, from 38th Avenue West to the north line of Carleton Park Addition, Rosemont Place, from 41st Avenue West to Westmont Way; 41st Avenue West, from Viewmont Way to the north line of Carleton Park Addition; 42nd Avenue West from 41st Avenue West to the north line of Carleton Park Addition; Viewmont Place, from Montfort Place to Viewmont Way; 43rd Avenue West, from Montfort Place to the north line of Carleton Park Addition; Montfort Place, from Viewmont Place to Mount Angeles Drive; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 64267, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
