Introduced as Council Bill 26525

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 11th Avenue Northeast, from Brintnall Place to East 45th Street; and East 41st Street, East 42nd Street, and East 43rd Street, each from 11th Avenue Northeast to 12th Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, together with brick gutters and armored concrete curbs; the construction or reconstruction of sewers, side sewers, and water mains, with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; by the construction and reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary; by such grading and regrading as may be necessary; provided however, that 11th Avenue Northeast, between Brintnall Place and East 40th Street shall not be paved, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5214, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
