Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Cloverdale Street and Donovan Street, each from 5th Avenue South to 16th Avenue South; Sullivan Street, from 5th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South; Thistle Street, from 8th Avenue South to 12th Avenue South; Trenton Street, from 4th Avenue South to 10th Avenue South; Rose Street, from 7th Avenue South to 12th Avenue South; Southern Street, from 7th Avenue South to the east line of River Park addition; Elmgrove Street, from 7th Avenue South to 8th Avenue South; and from 10th Avenue South to the east line of River Park Addition; Monroe Street, from 7th Avenue South to 8th Avenue South; Kenyon Street, from 8th Avenue South to 10th Avenue South; 4th Avenue South, from Trenton Street to Barton Street; 5th Avenue South, from Donovan Street to Trenton Street; 7th Avenue South, from Sullivan Street to Trenton Street; 8th Avenue South, from Kenyon street to Concord Street; 10th Avenue South, from Kenyon Street to Trenton Street; Dallas Avenue, from 10th Avenue South to Concord Street; 12th Avenue South, from Dallas Avenue to Trenton Street; 16th Avenue South, and 17th Avenue South; each from Dallas Avenue to Donovan Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing wood walks thereon; providing for the necessary surface drainage and by planking 8th Avenue South and Cloverdale Street within the limits described above; all in accordance with Resolution No. 5263, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
