Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, from Kenny Street to Graham Street, by paving the same with brick block; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary; the construction, alteration or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers and side sewers as may be necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5237, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
