Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public street and highway from the intersection of 5th Avenue North and Aloha Street to a point near the intersection of Prospect Street and Taylor Avenue; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of said public street as extended herein, of Prospect Street, from 5th Avenue North to the westerly margin of said public street; of Ward Street, form 5th Avenue North to Taylor Avenue; and of 5th Avenue North, from Ward Street to Aloha Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the grading and regrading of said streets and avenues, in accordance with such established grades, and for the necessary cuts and fills upon the property abutting on said streets and avenues; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
