Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North 59th Street and North 60th Street, each from Phinney venue to Whitman Avenue; and Whitman Avenue, from North 59th Street to North 60th Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5197, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
